A public limited company under Swiss law with its registered office in Herisau. It is the sole shareholder of BusinessMind Management S.à r.l. and holds the intellectual property rights of the group’s technology portfolio.
The company is represented by its manager Michael Lorenz, who holds sole signing authority. This authority is recorded in the Trade and Companies Register.
